Turns out the Cash for Clunkers that is so popular is not an original idea of the Obama administration or the 111th congress. Several European countries have had there own version in place for months. Wait! A government entitlement/subsidy/bailout program that causes more problems than it solves? Who has ever heard of such a thing?
